About CLEAR

Effective and impactful development is anchored in evidence – but generating and using timely, relevant evidence has been a challenge within the development community. The Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) was established in 2010 to address this challenge. CLEAR is a collaborative, global partnership that works to strengthen partner countries’ capacities and systems for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and performance management (PM), to guide evidence-based development decisions.
