As part of the process to define its work program, the Center has launched an empirical assessment of the demand for M&E and PM services in the region.  The assessment helps ensure that the Center’s work program should accurately reflect regional needs and that its activities are demand-driven, relevant, timely, and cost effective. In addition, the assessment identifies innovations and leaders in M&E and how such regional knowledge can be harnessed to encourage a culture of evidence-based decisions in the region. The assessment initially covers three countries: Benin, Mauritania, and Senegal.

The CLEAR Francophone Africa Center will hold consultations on each of the country assessment of demand reports and the consolidated draft regional assessment of demand report from the end-of-November to early December.
