The CLEAR center at CIDE supports the development of national and sub-national Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems in the region to measure the effectiveness and results of public policies and programs. The Center will provide advice, develop innovative learning programs, support exchange of practical knowledge and learning among peers, and conduct applied research.     The Regional Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Latin America recently established the CLEAR Internship Programme in order to achieve two main objectives. On the one hand, the CLEAR Internship Programme was created to contribute generating a more diverse workforce by taking interns of different nationalities, origins, and backgrounds so as to provide the organization with a younger and more diverse pool of potential future job applicants. On the other hand, this internship programme is looking forward to provide interns with an opportunity to learn from the CLEAR Latin America community and get a thorough understanding and balanced view of the organization.

    The certificate aims to generate solid capacities for management, analysis and utilization of monitoring and evaluation tools as everyday activities in result oriented public management. The sessions will take place Fridays and Saturdays, in a weekly base, from April 5th to July 6th 2013.
