2017 BAPAF (Performance-based Program-budget Workshop)

BAPAF is a performance-based program-budget workshop. Through a series of thematic presentations, case studies and interactive exercises, the 10-day seminar aims to develop skills in the design and implementation of budgeting to improve the efficiency of public expenditure in Linking the funding of public sector organizations to the results they produce. It sensitizes participants on the use of systematic performance information (indicators, evaluations, program costs, etc.) to establish this link. The seminar targets all actors involved at different levels in the preparation of budgets.
