2017 SERAF Course (Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation in Francophone Africa)

SERAF (Suivi et Evaluation axés sur les Résultats en Afrique Francophone) is a ten-day basic M&E course tailored to a francophone audience. It focuses on approaches, methods and techniques for effectively preparing, conducting or managing the evaluation of projects, programs or policies in the specific context of development. It is intended for a wide audience including evaluators, managers, evaluation sponsors, analysts, planners, etc. The program lasts 10 days. It is based on various pedagogical approaches alternating theoretical expositions, practical exercises and case studies.
